Reporting a rate
If a rate doesn’t match your market, it helps to tell us:
- the page address, or the city and metal,
- the rate you saw here and the rate you expected,
- where your rate comes from, such as a jeweller’s board or an association’s published rate,
- the date and roughly the time you looked.
What we can’t help with
We don’t sell gold, take orders or give investment advice, and we can’t tell you what a particular jeweller will charge. For a purchase or a sale, ask the jeweller or dealer directly.
