These terms apply to your use of goldratetodayin.com (“the site”), run by Codologies Pvt Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Rates are indicative
The gold, silver and platinum rates on the site are compiled from market sources and refreshed several times a day. They are shown for information and comparison only, before tax and making charges. They may differ from the price at a particular jeweller, bank or dealer, and they may be delayed, incomplete or occasionally wrong.
The price you pay or receive is set by the seller or buyer you deal with. Always confirm the rate with them before a transaction.
Not financial advice
Nothing on the site is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any metal. Calculator results are estimates based on the figures you enter and the rates shown. Make your own decisions, and consult a qualified adviser if you need one.
No warranty
The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of liability
