Draw the wire
Poured into a steel mould to cast a rod, then pulled through smaller and smaller dies into wire. The making charge starts here.
Shape
Cut, bent round a mandrel and soldered shut into a bangle.
Decorate
Granules, engraving and set stones, by hand. Stones are billed on top of the metal.
Polish and hallmark
Polished, assayed and stamped 925 inside the band. 925 is sterling: 92.5% silver.
